2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Prevention of Witch Practice Act registered in connection with Ariyari (Kasar) P.S. Case No. 149 of 2014.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and there is delay in instituting the first information report on 24.10.2014 for the alleged occurrence of 19.10.2014 without any explanation for delay.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, as such, in the event of the arrest or surrender of the petitioner before the court below within six

Case No. 149 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438
