2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 2.700 liters illicit liquor was recovered from an open place.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. He has been made accused in this case only on suspicion. Recovery has been made from an open place, accessible to one and all. Petitioner has got eight criminal antecedents out of which, six antecedents are of similar nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17084 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 2/2 bail and submits that petitioner has got six criminal antecedents of similar nature.
