In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) To direct the respondent no.4 to pay my admitted dues i.e, in respect to work for District Treasury Building Bhabua construction Rs. 16,01,826/ only and in respect to court yard of family development work due amount amounting Rs. 9,28,376/ only total Rs. 25,30,202/ only which is due before the respondent no. 4 since long.

(ii) To direct the respondent to pay penal interest @ 18% per annum upon the due admitted amount Rs. 25,30,202/ since the amount is due since 2017.

(iii) Any other reliefs for which petitioner is entitled in the eye of law by given to him."

3. Short question for consideration is whether admitted dues have been disbursed in favour of the petitioner or not? If it is not disbursed the same shall be disbursed to the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order. If there are disputed issues insofar as disbursement of any amount to that extent a detailed order shall be passed and communicate the order so as to enable the petitioner to invoke appropriate remedy.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present petition stands disposed off.
