JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 09-03-2018 The writ petition has been filed seeking regularization on Group 'D' post within Jamui Collectorate on the basis of empanelment of the petitioner in the year 2013. No counter affidavit is on record although the matter is pending since almost 2 years.
In the nature of the grievance so raised, I do not wish to keep this writ petition pending rather is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Jamui who happens to be the Chairman of the District Selection Committee, Jamui to consider the grievance of the petitioner and dispose of the same by a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
