The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sirdalla (Meskaur) P.S. Case No. 238 of 2018, registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant by her husband and in-laws by pressing her neck. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the husband of the deceased, sister of the informant, in fact, deceased was suffering from severe pain in abdomen and she was rushed to the hospital, where she died in course of treatment, but with ulterior motive, informant, who is brother of the deceased, lodged the present case with false allegation.

Further submission is that it would appear from paragraph 37 of the case diary that the dead body was received from the District Hospital, Nawada.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Nawada, in connection with Sirdalla (Meskaur) P.S. Case No. 238 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
