In the present case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 25 of 2016 for offence under Sections 341, 506, 302/120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Sectin 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner has earlier moved before this Court with a prayer for bail in Cr. Misc. No. 21386 of 2016 and this Court vide order dated 20.05.2016, rejected the same. The petitioner again moved before this Court with a same prayer in Cr. Misc. No. 37942 of 2016 and this Court, vide order dated 23.11.2016, again rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner. This Court is no inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20672 of 2017 (3) dt.05-07-2017 Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Indal Rai is rejected.

The trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of seven months from today.
