The petitioner is in custody in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No.243 of 2017, a case under Sections 457/380/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended at the spot on suspicion that petitioner had entered into the house of the informant to commit theft.

Submission is that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 07.10.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like
