Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 01.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56282/2018 on merit. This Court does not find any fresh ground to grant bail to petitioner.

The prayer of bail of the petitioner is again rejected. From impugned order it appears that trial is proceeding. The victim has been examined as P.W. 4. The court below is directed to expedite the trial and make efforts to conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order by giving short adjournment in the trial.
