The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Buxar (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 539 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no material to even remotely connect the petitioner with the alleged recovery at Buxar.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge (Excise Act), Buxar in connection with Buxar (Nagar) P.S.
