JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-04-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 06.08.2014 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court(now retired) in Cr. Misc. No. 14605 of 2014 for extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended further for a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order. The order dated 06.08.2014 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly the modification application is disposed off in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 365 of 2013, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa.
