JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 73 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 143, 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that both the parties are resident of the same place and on the date of occurrence, both the parties indulged in scuffle and for the said occurrence, a counter case has also been lodged from the side of the petitioner. The allegation of assault is general and omnibus against all the F.I.R. named persons. The petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2017.

Considering the case and counter case between the parties, omnibus allegation of assault by seven persons, facts and circumstances as stated above, the prayer of bail is allowed. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Jamui in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 73 of 2017.
