JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 03.03.2020 passed by this court in Cr. Misc. No.4143/2020 for extension of period of surrender of the petitioner before the court below.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 03.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4143/2020, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of the order, but the petitioner could not surrender within time due to COVID-19 Pandemic and lockdown. In view of the aforesaid facts, eight weeks further

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13526 of 2022(2) dt.27-04-2022 2/2 time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below.
