2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Danapur P.S. Case No. 1411 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 384, 385, 411, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Official Secret Act. pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Danapur, Patna.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14226 of 2023(4) dt.21-08-2023 2/2 and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order, considering the facts that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, one of the co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail and the petitioner was working on payroll.
