Patna High Court CWJC No.5092 of 2016 dt.18-07-2016 2/2 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna (hereinafter referred to as the 'Tribunal') on 9th December, 2015 whereby, an Original Application filed by the respondents herein was allowed. The writ petition was directed to consider the case of the applicants for fixing the revised pay scale as per the 6th Central Pay Commission Report.

Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly points out that similar matter came up for consideration before this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 6969 of 2015 and the said petition was dismissed by order dated 1st October, 2015.

In view of the order passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 6969 of 2015, the present writ petition is dismissed for the same reasons as is recorded therein.
