The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 337, 338, 332, 353, 153(A), 427 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3⁄4 of the Damage to Public Property Act and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

There is general and omnibus nature of allegation against 250 to 300 people of making slogan against particular community of the society, just to create communal disharmony which was not, in fact, caused.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on

No.15641 of 2019(2) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Masaurhi Police Station Case No. 619 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
