Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Ekma PS Case No. 133 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-b)A and 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner contends that there is allegation is of recovery of a loaded country made pistol with eight cartridges, however, the petitioner has remained in custody since 12.6.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Upendra Prasad is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM lst Saran at Chapra in connection with Ekma PS Case No. 133 of 2017.
