====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-09-2021 Heard Mr. Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. R.K. Priyadarshi, learned counsel for Respondent No.7 and Mr. Nadim Seraj, learned GP-5 for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this writ petition, entire retiral dues of the petitioner has been paid by the State and his grievance is now fulfilled. However, he submits that from the period of 1981 to 2006 when the petitioner was posted in the Bihar State Bridge Construction Corporation Limited, his contribution towards GPF was deducted by the Corporation but only the employer's contribution has been paid to the petitioner by the Corporation

Patna High Court CWJC No.7658 of 2021(2) dt.24-09-2021 2/2 and not the employee's contribution i.e., the contribution of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the Corporation submits that as per his instruction the entire GPF amount due to the petitioner has been paid by the Corporation. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submissions made on their behalf, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to file a representation before Respondent No. 8, the Managing Director, the Bihar State Bridge Construction Corporation Limited along with proof of deduction of amount towards GPF contribution within a period of four weeks and if such representation is filed, the Respondents 8 shall dispose the same in accordance with law and by a reasoned order within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of the representation. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application is disposed of.
