2. The present petition has been preferred for restoration of CWJC No. 3388 of 2018 which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 19.09.2023.

3. In view of the statement made in paragraphs 3 and 4, the MJC No. 752 of 2025 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

4. The C.W.J.C. No. 3388 of 2018 is restored to its original file.
