Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the ground mentioned by me in my previous order dated 26.7.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no 29525/2016 and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with POCSO Case no. 21/2016 arising out of Chhatapur P.S. Case no. 111/2016 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge I, Supaul stands rejected.
