JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-06-2015 The petitioner, who is the husband of the informant, apprehends arrest in relation to Supaul Mahila P.S. Case No. 104 of 2014 instituted under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of D.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner draws the attention of the Court to the order of the learned Sessions Judge, wherein it has been clearly noted that first from the side of the petitioner, Marouna P.S. Case No.96 of 2014 was lodged as against the informant and her family members and it is only in retaliation thereto that subsequently the present case has been falsely lodged against the petitioner.

Be that as it may, in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from

No.17699 of 2015 (2) dt.08-06-2015 today, the petitioner above named shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S. Ram, Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Supaul Mahila P.S.Case No.104/2014 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438

(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
