This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Siwan Town PS Case No. 797 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 412, 414, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B) A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

In the instant case, allegation against the petitioner is that one knife and two mobile phones were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is a student of JRS College, Siwan. Petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2018.
