2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 763 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 342, 34 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner made physical relations with the informant, at the pretext of marriage. Further, when the informant became pregnant, the petitioner forced her for abortion but she refused.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and has falsely

5. The learned counsel for the informant is present and he admits this fact that the victim is residing in the house of the petitioner.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 763 of 2023, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
