The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Shambhuganj P.S.Case no.265 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)AA/35 of the Arms Act..

Allegation against the petitioners is that the police raided his house and recovered several articles of manufacturing arms. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that he has falsely been implicated in this case, he is handicapped and recovered articles are for use in the Tractor. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16914 of 2019(3) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
