Let the defect (s), as pointed out by the office, be removed within a period of four weeks form today. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner has abused the informant and assaulted the son of the informant by garasa, due to which he sustained injury on his head.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It is submitted that the accused persons are Gotia and there is land dispute between the parties. It is submitted that the

Case No. 4 of 2022 for offences punishable under Section 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504/34 I.P.C. against Bidyanand Prasad and his sons. Further, it is submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2022 is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.

Learned A.P.P for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa at Nalanda in connection with Tharthari P.S.
