Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 23.08.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 9710/2021. The trial court report reveals that charge has already been framed on 24.03.2022 and the case is fixed for prosecution evidence.

Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, the bail petition of petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2020, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
