2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Jakkanapur P.S. Case No. 185 of 2016 and Special (POCSO) Case No. 105 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 376, 342, 313/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 3 4, 5 and 6 of the Immoral Traffic Act and Sections 4 and 8 of the POCSO Act having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 22.10.2016 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 41294 of 2016.

3. Having heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Yogesh Chandra Verma, this Court finds no reason to take a different view in the matter at this stage. The bail petition stands dismissed.
