JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-03-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sikandra P.S.Case No. 180 of 2017 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that marriage was solemnized 10 years back and the petitioner's wife was of ill-health and fell at hand pump while taking bath and died. Postmortem report also shows that she was of ill-health and there is no injury found on the vital part as external injury, except one bruise on anterior surface of chest, which was the result of fall.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Dablu Choudhary, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM,
