The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 262 of 2022 registered under Sections 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the names of the petitioners have been transpired in this case merely on the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Sanjay

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18067 of 2023(2) dt.08-05-2023 2/2 Yadav. It is also submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 262 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
