The petitioners seek bail in Industrial Area P.S. Case No.158 of 2017 registered under Sections 467, 468, 469, 470, 471, 420 & 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, some accused persons named in the written report are said to have been engaged in getting the candidates passed in Bihar Constable Employment Examination and U.P. Teacher Selection Examination, 2017 after taking Rs. 6 lakhs per candidate.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6795 of 2018 (03) dt.20-02-2018 - 2 - that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. They have no concern with the aforesaid occurrence. They are mere aspirants of the Bihar Constable Employment Examination. They were not apprehended on the spot. The documents recovered from their possession are their certificates and admit cards etc. They happen to be the victims of the aforesaid crime. They have no criminal antecedent. The petitioners have been languishing in custody since 15.10.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Industrial Area P.S.
