JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 101 of 2019 for the offenses under 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the FIR was registered against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2019. it appears from Annexures 2 and 2/1 that other co-accused persons have been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court on the ground that they were not named in the FIR and their names surfaced on the confessional statement.

Considering the similarity of the facts and circumstances, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12586 of 2020(2) dt.08-06-2020 2/2 petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-IV, Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 101 of 2019, subject to the condition that on release the petitioner shall render his services as volunteer to combat the pandemic of Covid-19 for a period of one month. He is required to report to the Civil Surgeon/ Nodal Officer, Covid19,Madhepura who shall utilize his services appropriately. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) spandey/- U T
