JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-11-2018 This is a repeated writ petition, which has been filed by the petitioner herein, hence, this Court finds that the same is not maintainable, however, the petitioner, at this juncture, requests that liberty be granted to the petitioner to seek redressal of his grievances before the appropriate forum.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to such other remedies as are available under the law for redressal of his grievances.
