Petitioner is an accused in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 407 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 386 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not named in the first information report.
Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State resisting the prayer for bail submits that there is specific allegation of demand of ransom from the mobile of this petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has also threatened the informant that his son will be kidnapped if he

Having considered the entire facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to allow he prayer for bail of the petitioner.
