Mr. Mukherjee seeks permission to withdraw the application with respect to petitioner no. 2/Pawan Kumar Yadav @ Pawan Yadav.

The application with respect to petitioner no. 2 is dismissed as having become infructuous.

The petitioner no. 1/Shashi Yadav seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Katoriya P.S. Case No. 07 of 2020 dated 18.01.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 447, 448 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

The injuries suffered by the victims are reported to be simple in nature. There is a counter version of the occurrence vide Katoriya P.S. Case No. 06 of 2020. The petitioner and the informant are agnates.

It appears that both sides have fought over a minor dispute, which has left many persons injured but the injuries are simple on both sides.

Considering the afore-noted background facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Katoriya P.S. Case No. 07 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
