Petitioner is in custody in connection with Yadopur P.S. Case No. 128 of 2019 for the offence under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in loot of mobile phone and cash. He submits that petitioner is pursuing his I.T.I. at Sarvodya Private I.T.I, Gopalganj. Learned counsel further submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of this petitioner. He is in custody on remand since 10.1.2020.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that on the basis of confessional statement mobile
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12634 of 2020(2) dt.05-06-2020 2/2 phone was recovered.
Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody since 10.1.2020, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Gopalganj, in connection with Yadopur P.S. Case No. 128 of 2019 subject to the condition that on release the petitioner has to render his service as volunteer in Covid-19 hospital for a period of one month to combat Covid-19 and he is the required to report to the district Civil Surgeon/Nodal Officer who shall utilize the service of the petitioner appropriately.
