In pursuance of order dated 31.01.2018, a fresh show-cause has been filed in this case stating therein that the case of petitioner nos. 5 and 6, Bal Krishna Jha and Subodh Mishra has not been considered for regularisation, firstly, because the case of Bal Krishna Jha was considered and since he had been disengaged from the post of daily-wages employee, with effect from 23.08.2016, by the Chief Engineer, Water Resources Department, Bhagalpur the same was rejected. Secondly, with regard to petitioner no. 6, Subodh Mishra, his case had been rejected by the District Selection Committee for regularisation and therefore, their application were not placed for regularisation of services. Patna High Court MJC No.3402 of 2016(8) dt.23-02-2018 2/2 of Bal Krishna Jha is the subject matter which is challenged before this court in C.W.J.C. No. 19381 of 2016 and therefore, there is full compliance of the order passed by this court. Be that as it may, in view of such statements made in paragraph nos. 5 and 6 of the show-cause, the present contempt application stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate legal recourse tenable under the law.
