The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Excise Case No.C-III-06 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner rather recovery has been made from an open place. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
