Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Supplementary Maheshkhut P. S. Case No. 50 of 2017, G.R. No. 1208 of 2017, registered under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is agnate of the informant and only suspicion is raised against her but she had eloped with one co-accused, Akhilesh Singh and the petitioner is in custody since 07.12.2017 and she is a lady and the petitioner has no any criminal antecedent. It is also submitted that the one of the co-accused namely, Panchanand
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4907 of 2018 (3) dt.23-02-2018 2/2 Singh @ Bhairav Singh has already been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51468 of 2017.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, Sarita Devi @ Sanju Devi, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagarai in connection with Maheshkhut P.S.Case No. 1208 of 2017.
