The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 456/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of theft is against unknown. The petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2018. Investigation of the case is complete. The stolen mobile was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the period already undergone and completion of the investigation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13989 of 2019(3) dt.13-05-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No.219 of 2018, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below. (b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
