2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 03.03.2017, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 32 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 379, 504 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 11.04.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 17917 of 2017.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed.
