2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 25.09.2015, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Imamgunj P.S. Case No. 78 of 1995, G.R. No. 587 of 1995, Trial No. 1211 of 2007 for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 324, 326, 353 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 12.07.2016 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 27293 of 2016.
3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed.
