KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is an application for regular bail in connection with Chakand P. S. Case No. 60 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Informant is the father of the deceased, who in his written complaint has stated that his daughter was married to petitioner three years earlier and for non-fulfilment of dowry she was being tortured and on 19.5.2017 at 8 P.M. he received information that his daughter had been killed by father-in-law and mother-in-law and deceased had been cremated. It has further been alleged that petitioner is also involved in killing although at the time of occurrence petitioner was outside the village in Delhi and he is also involved in planning to kill his
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5922 of 2018(4) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 daughter. Petitioner is in custody since 17.9.2017. It is further submitted that mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased have already been granted anticipatory bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya, in connection with Chakand P.
