Though the present petition has been filed for grant of bail to the petitioner in connection with Chiraiya PS case no. 332 of 2022, registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code, however, instead of approaching the learned court below first, in view of the observation made by this Court vide order dated 04.02.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. no. 57675 of 2022, granting liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail, immediately after framing of charges, the petitioner has directly filed the present petition before this Court.

In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14662 of 2023(2) dt.15-03-2023 2/2 petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the learned trial court for the purposes of grant of regular bail. Liberty so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate petition is filed for grant of regular bail before the learned trial court, the same shall be considered and disposed off on the very same day. The present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
