====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody since 22.12.2017 seeks bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S.Case No. 179 of 2017 registered under Sections 401 and 414 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that it was suspected that petitioner along with others were planning to commit crime and a piece of blade and Rs. 20/- were seized from the possession of the petitioner.

Submission is that another accused Md. Firoz having similar allegation has been admitted to bail by this Court by order dated 21.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15568 of 2018 and petitioner has not criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19348 of 2018 (2) dt.04-04-2018 2/2 the petitioner, namely , Manoj Sahni, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Railway, Sonepur, Saran in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 179 of 2017.
