Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13650 of 2020(7) dt.23-06-2021 2/2 finding the fact that the dispute is of civil nature, therefore, the petitioners have got no apprehension of arrest at this stage. Mr. Chakrapani, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail petition in view of the submission of final form.
