No one appears on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 to oppose the prayer for bail of the petitioner. The petitioner is the husband, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Darbhanga Mahila P.S. Case No. 118 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 341, 504, 406, 498A and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is willing and ready to keep the opposite party no. 2 with full dignity and honour.

No.19108 of 2015 (6) dt.04-11-2015 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with Darbhanga Mahila P.S. Case No. 118 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
