JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 06-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 409/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that there is allegation against the petitioner and co-accused Pramila Kumari that they have not given complete calculation. It is alleged in the First Information Report that the amount of Rs. 1,16,457/- is unexplained by the petitioner. It is urged that building materials of more than the aforesaid amount are still lying on the site and co-accused Pramila Kumari has already been enlarged on bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.03.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 9396 of 2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18540 of 2016 (2) dt.06-05-2016 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the abovenamed petitioner, namely, Krishnandan Sharma, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Hulasganj Police Station Case No. 90 of 2015 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- ( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Deepak Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jehanabad, subject to the conditions laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
