JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-06-2015 Petitioners in both these cases apprehend their arrest in relation to Chousa P.S. Case No.14 of 2015 instituted under Sections-307, 379, 324, 323, 504, 341, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard Sri Krishna Prasad Singh, learned senior counsel who submits that this is a case of counter blast of a case already

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17810 of 2015 (02) dt.09-06-2015 2/2 lodged by the father of one of the accused persons being Chousa P.S. Case No.13 of 2015 due to an altercation which had taken place between the two sides in which both the sides had received injuries.

Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioners above-named shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1stClass, Udakishunganj, District-Madhepura in connection with Chousa P.S.
