JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2025 The learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 21.02.2019, passed in CWJC No.9696 of 2018, the District Education Officer, Jamui has already passed a reasoned order dated 07.03.2019, rejecting the claim of the petitioner, hence the order of this Court has stood complied with.

2. This Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 21.02.2019 has stood complied with, however, while disposing off the present petition, this Court deems it fit and
