2. This application is filed for modification of order dated 21.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36213 of 2023.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail on 21.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36213 of 2023 with a direction to surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20000/-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22021 of 2024(2) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court concerned, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 376 of 2022, but due to communication gap, the petitioner could not surrender before the Court below within the stipulated time.
4. In view of the matter, let the time to surrender of the petitioner, as ordered on 21.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36213 of 2023, be further extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
5. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 21.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36213 of 2023 is modified to the above extent. (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) guddukr/- U T
