Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No.772 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 341, 323, 332, 337, 338, 295, 295(A), 153(a), 307, 435, 436, 427, 504, 506 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks bail of the petitioner on the ground of parity as other co-accused persons, similarly situated, have been admitted to by this Court and other coordinate Benches of this Court. Monu Kumar @ Saurav Kumar was granted bail earlier by this Court by order dated 08.02.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No.7585 of 2018 and Sanjit @ Sanjit Kumar @ Jaunty was granted bail by order dated

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13041 of 2018(2) dt.06-03-2018 2/2 01.02.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No.5827 of 2018. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Abhishek Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-XV, Patna in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No.772 of 2017.
